Customer Service Officer – Email & Backend Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our Bishan office. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, email and live‑chat channels, ensuring timely and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist customers with booking issues, payment queries, account matters and other service‑related concerns.
• Resolve complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and case updates.
• Support daily customer service operations and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service, call centre or front‑line support is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Competitive monthly salary (SGD 2,000‑2,700).
• Working hours: 10 am – 7 pm, 4 weekdays + 1 weekend.
