Customer Service Specialist – 7‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Pacific Refreshments, a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Singapore, as a Customer Service Specialist on a 7‑month maternity‑cover contract. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring demand, order fulfilment and on‑time delivery across the Pacific Group and ASEAN regions.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders and forecasts through the E‑Supply Chain and SAP systems, initiating manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
• Manage the full order cycle, drive forecast accuracy and lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) routines with bottlers and business units.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly S&OP and service reviews, present performance metrics, and visit bottlers and business units in the South Pacific and ASEAN.
• Handle customer complaints, log them within 24 hours, and coordinate root‑cause investigations with relevant CPS departments.

Required profile

• Current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship required).
• Experience in demand planning, order management or customer service within a manufacturing or beverage environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
