About the role
As a Customer Experience Specialist (Venue Operations) you will be the first point of contact and the ambassador of first impressions at Longbridge Cafe’s flagship store. You will blend premium hospitality with fintech brand advocacy, creating a welcoming, high‑energy environment for visitors and community members.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an enthusiastic, professional welcome to every guest, setting a premium tone.
- Act as a walking knowledge base for coffee offerings, amenities, upcoming events, and Longbridge’s financial services.
- Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, checklists, and on‑site issue resolution.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the space remains clean and inviting.
- Oversee space bookings, meeting‑room schedules, and coordination of shared amenities.
- Articulate Longbridge’s brand culture and product advantages to visitors.
- Plan, coordinate and execute in‑store community events, product launches and financial‑literacy workshops.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager, Baristas and Financial Advisors to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and identify visitor needs.
- Detail‑oriented mindset for maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.
- Organisational skills to manage space bookings and event logistics.
- Proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
