Customer Service Support – Logistics

About the role

The Customer Service Support role works closely with customers and the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management and shipment activities. You will act as a liaison, providing timely information and resolving issues to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and operations on order fulfillment, inventory and shipment related activities.
• Provide feedback to customers on operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Generate KPIs and transactional reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Verify vendor invoices and address discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse supply usage and raise purchase orders for replenishment.
• Coordinate urgent order fulfillment with customers, operations and transporters.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of system transactions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• ITE / Nitec / Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics or Transportation, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the logistics industry (preferred).
• Positive attitude, team player and ability to work in a fast‑paced, pressured environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exceed System.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
