Customer Success Manager – APAC

About the role

OAG is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the APAC portfolio of high‑value airline pricing customers. In this role you will ensure customers derive maximum value from OAG’s aviation data solutions, directly supporting the company’s consumption growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own success planning and execution for a portfolio of airline pricing accounts, aligning OAG solutions with each customer’s KPIs.
• Drive consumption growth by identifying expansion opportunities across products, use cases, and user adoption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders, presenting data‑driven insights and ROI.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and enablement programmes to accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Monitor usage patterns, surface risks early, and optimise engagement.
• Develop customer champions for references, case studies, and speaking opportunities.
• Capture feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to solve complex challenges.

Required profile

• Significant experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting within B2B SaaS or data‑analytics environments.
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth and expanding product adoption.
• Strong ability to translate data solutions into measurable business outcomes for airline revenue managers and commercial leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
