Customer Success Project Manager

About the role

A leading cybersecurity software company trusted by governments and enterprises across Asia is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager in Singapore. The role combines project management, service delivery and customer success, coordinating with customers, engineers and internal teams to deliver smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Project management: plan, coordinate and execute solution deployments so they are implemented on time and successfully.
• Liaise directly with customers to manage timelines, resolve issues and give regular progress updates.
• Manage application engineers for deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and professional services projects, and coordinate with product teams.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and reports, and monitor service quality against defined metrics and KPIs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building relationships and understanding their goals.
• Provide ongoing customer support, gather customer feedback and work with product teams to drive improvements.
• Handle product renewals and collaborate with sales teams on upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management, service delivery or customer success, preferably in enterprise software.
• Experience managing government IT projects is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once; initiative and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT systems, cybersecurity concepts or cloud environments is an advantage.
• Must be a Singapore citizen or Singapore PR.
