CyberArk Operations Engineer - Audit RFI Specialist

About the role

DBS Group Technology is hiring a CyberArk Operations Engineer (Audit RFI Specialist) in its Information Security Services team. The role oversees the entire lifecycle of audit RFIs with a strong focus on CyberArk integration: coordinating with teams to gather information, preparing detailed and accurate responses and ensuring timely submissions. It is a regular, full-time position based at the DBS Asia Hub.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess incoming audit RFIs and coordinate with IT and security teams to gather information on CyberArk and other systems.
• Ensure responses are accurate, complete and submitted on time.
• Use CyberArk to manage privileged accounts and access controls relevant to audit RFIs, keeping configurations aligned with audit requirements and explaining its use for compliance and security.
• Maintain records of RFIs, responses and related documentation, and prepare reports summarising RFI processes and outcomes.
• Act as the main point of contact for auditors and internal teams, giving clear explanations of CyberArk-related information.
• Check that responses meet regulatory requirements and company policies, and verify CyberArk data before submission.
• Identify improvements in the RFI process and stay up to date on audit and CyberArk best practices and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Extensive hands-on experience with CyberArk.
• Advanced analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
