Cybersecurity Architect - Digital Identity & Access Management

About the role

PwC's Cybersecurity team offers clients an end-to-end portfolio of services across assess, build, manage and respond, with a focus on Cyber Risk Strategy, Digital Identity & Access Management, Data Privacy & Protection and Cyber Defence & SOC Optimisation. This Cybersecurity Architect role leads Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects, defining strategies and architectures and supporting sales and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver IAM projects with deep understanding of IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.).
• Define IAM strategies and frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design, develop and implement secure IAM architectures covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation and directory solutions, aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust and cloud transformation.
• Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns and reference architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Translate business requirements into system requirements and develop identity management governance plans.
• Customize IDM product functionality and integrate IAM solutions using Java and JavaScript.
• Run periodic reviews and audits of IAM systems, maintain documentation of security standards and procedures, and provide fixes and enhancements.
• Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with IAM suites (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping, etc.), virtual directories and identity federation.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification, CISSP/CISA/CISM and/or OEM certifications (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, Ping, etc.).
• Demonstrated technical leadership to manage and direct junior staff.
• Strong oral and written communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows OS.
• Hands-on query work in production environments.
