Data Analyst

About the role

Vita Coco is seeking a Data Analyst to join its Technical Team. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, supporting system administration, and delivering insightful visualisations that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support LIMS and other critical systems, managing master data, user access, and system configurations.
• Maintain, clean, and structure datasets from multiple sources such as Excel, SharePoint, and databases.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other BI tools.
• Apply advanced analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled tools to detect trends and anomalies.
• Develop and manage controlled documents, ensuring version control and compliance with audit requirements.
• Support system upgrades, user acceptance testing, and change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Strong attention to data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience supporting internal and external users through training and documentation.
