Data Centre Operations Leader

About the role

Nava, a global leader in data centre solutions, is seeking a Data Centre Operations Leader to oversee the stability, security and performance of its facilities. This senior role will manage day‑to‑day operations and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data centre operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Oversee daily operational functions such as system monitoring, preventive maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to guarantee SLA compliance and swift issue resolution.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures and safety protocols in line with industry standards.
• Manage a team of technicians and operators, providing leadership, training and performance evaluations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data centre operations, facility management or related infrastructure roles.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems and physical security.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Vendor management experience with a focus on SLA adherence.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CDCP, DCNA or equivalent are preferred.
