Data Engineer – Business Intelligence & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will drive business intelligence, statistical forecasting and advanced analytics initiatives that empower data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and implement BI, forecasting and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate on data projects to support business operations and strategic decisions.
• Automate reports and prototype dashboards that deliver scalable insights.
• Present findings and visualisations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Stay current with analytical techniques and move predictive models from concept to production.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions align with the enterprise IT framework.
• Build internal tools such as route‑optimization applications for the distribution team.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline data processing workflows.
• Maintain and improve existing tools based on user feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data and build quantitative models.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Positive, self‑starting attitude and ability to work with culturally diverse teams.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector is a plus.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from SGD 4,500 to 5,000 per month.
