Data Engineer – Business Intelligence & Dashboards

About the role

We are seeking a Data Engineer specialized in Business Intelligence and dashboards to join our Singapore office. The successful candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data‑driven decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Create interactive dashboards and BI reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Optimize database performance and enforce high data‑quality standards.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide ad‑hoc data analysis support to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar BI/Dashboards role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data‑warehousing concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of relational database systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
