Deals Advisory Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

The Deals Advisory team supports corporate and private equity clients through a pragmatic approach that unlocks value from a transaction, covering deal strategy, due diligence, valuations and post-merger integration. The team is growing and offers a mix of structured approaches and flexibility. This is a permanent position based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Support deals advisory and transaction engagements, including due diligence across various industries
• Analyse financial and operational information to identify key business drivers, risks and opportunities
• Conduct company, industry and market research, and prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other client deliverables
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to support engagement delivery
• Senior Associates take ownership of workstreams, review junior team members' work, coordinate engagement activities and support client relationships and project delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
• Associate: at least 1 year of relevant experience; Senior Associate: at least 2 years, preferably in a professional services environment
• Prior due diligence experience is an advantage

• Experience engaging with external clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
