Deals Edge Associate - July 2027 Intake

About the role

PwC's Deals Advisory Practice in Singapore supports businesses through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets, covering strategy, deal origination, transaction support, finance raising, integration and exit. The Deals Edge Associate is a 2-year rotational graduate programme within Deals, followed by specialisation from Year 3. The opening is for pipelining purposes only.

Key responsibilities

• Complete an intensive 1-month PwC Masterclass on valuation and financial modelling upon joining.
• Be sponsored for the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme (CVA) to develop business valuation skills.
• Rotate through Deals competencies, then specialise in one from Year 3, advising clients on M&A and infrastructure project evaluations, restructuring and turnaround.

Required profile

• Final-year Accounting, Business or Finance student from local or overseas universities; students from other disciplines may be considered.
• Impressive academic and co-curricular record; outstanding athletes are favoured.
• Results-oriented self-starter, team player with strong business acumen, lateral thinking and adaptability under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; fluency in other languages is an advantage.
• A willingness to travel is essential.
