Deployment Trainer

About the role

EPOS, a leading provider of point‑of‑sale and digital payment solutions, is looking for an energetic Deployment Trainer to lead on‑site onboarding of merchants across Singapore. You will be the face of EPOS during the deployment journey, ensuring merchants can confidently use our POS, payment and business management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Travel daily to merchant locations to install and configure EPOS hardware and software.
• Deliver hands‑on product training and onboarding sessions for merchants and their staff.
• Guide merchants through system configuration, account setup and operational readiness checks.
• Provide live demonstrations, answer product questions and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, training completion reports and capture customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Support product updates, feature rollouts and refresher training as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, IT, Training or a related field.
• Experience in customer training, onboarding, deployment, implementation or hospitality operations is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable with daily travel and field‑based work across Singapore.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple schedules.
