About the role

ITCAN is looking for a proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join its Service Desk team across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering reliable IT support, troubleshooting incidents, and contributing to the development of internal tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

Provide first‑line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network problems.
Collaborate with developers and architects to translate user stories into functional solutions.
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and security guidelines.
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

2‑5 years of experience in IT support or software development.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
