Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer (OJT Provided)

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer to provide first‑level technical assistance in a healthcare environment. The role includes on‑the‑job training (OJT) to help you develop the necessary skills for maintaining user devices and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑level troubleshooting of laptops, tablets, and other devices.
• Install and configure operating systems and software for end users.
• Assist users with OS, email, hardware, and software issues.
• Deploy PCs, notebooks, and printers as requested.
• Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity problems.
• Respond to incidents promptly, providing temporary or permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure service levels meet requirements and propose action plans when needed.
• Follow facility management standards and perform ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec qualification in any discipline.
• Strong command of English for communication with various entities.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment.
• Singapore citizenship required.
