DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer – Build CI/CD & Secure Infrastructure

About the role

This position is responsible for shaping and executing a DevSecOps strategy that guarantees high‑quality software releases, secure infrastructure, and optimal application performance. You will work autonomously to design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines and infrastructure that align with the latest best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement CI/CD architectures tailored to the team’s environment.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using modern, secure, and scalable technologies.
• Automate development, testing, and deployment processes to maximize efficiency.
• Provide knowledge sharing, documentation, and best‑practice guidance to engineering teams.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and debug complex integration workflows and environments.
• Coach and mentor less‑experienced DevOps/DevSecOps engineers.
• Deliver training sessions and disseminate best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong ability to work independently and solve complex integration challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer and coaching.
