DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Pipelines

About the role

Encora is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate build, testing, and deployment processes. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and ensure system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve end‑to‑end delivery efficiency.
• Lead incident analysis and resolution for pipeline failures, troubleshooting build and deployment issues.
• Partner with the Infrastructure team to provision servers, databases, and configure required software for deployments.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon, and container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Groovy, Python, and Shell.
• Experience with Oracle databases and both Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments.
• Preferred: experience with Temenos Wealth Suite, Red Hat JBoss, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka, and relevant professional certifications.
