DevOps Engineer – Cloud & CI/CD (Singapore)

About the role

ASTEK is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Singapore team. The role focuses on building and maintaining modern web application infrastructures, leveraging cloud platforms and automation tools to ensure reliable delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Atlassian Bamboo.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon AWS, including provisioning and configuration.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Write and maintain shell scripts for automation tasks.
• Support containerisation initiatives using Docker.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Node.js and ReactJS applications into the deployment workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with modern web technologies (Node.js, ReactJS).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Extreme Programming.

Required skills

• Amazon AWS.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts.
