DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to maintain and evolve our Windows and Linux based IT infrastructure. You will support cloud platforms, ensure system reliability, and help automate operations to meet service level objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement Windows and Linux infrastructure, including servers, storage and networking.
• Provide technical support and system administration on cloud platforms, handling health checks, capacity monitoring and incident escalation.
• Execute data backup, recovery, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Apply security remediation recommendations from the cybersecurity team.
• Automate cloud operations and build automated deployments using configuration‑management tools.
• Support Production, Staging and Development environments, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization, server, storage and network technologies.
• Experience setting up Windows Server and Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external clients.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory.
