DevOps Engineer – Cloud Platform & CI/CD Migration

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help our development teams adopt a modern, cloud‑native approach. You will work on an internal platform that automates tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure service onboarding, accelerating cloud adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains and product teams in onboarding to our internal DevOps platform and curated Azure services.
• Drive the re‑platforming and migration of applications to cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance, security, and enterprise standards.
• Migrate CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, aligning with platform standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to educate and enable best‑practice DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud‑native development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience (Java.NET, Python, or similar).
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab).
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Experience deploying containerised workloads and orchestrating them with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Nexus.
