DevOps Engineer (Consultant)

About the role

Zenika is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to act as a consultant for its global client base. You will help clients design, build, and operate modern cloud infrastructures while promoting a culture of DevOps excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable, production‑grade solutions on AWS EKS using Kubernetes.
• Modernize delivery pipelines by creating and maintaining CI/CD workflows with GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt to standardize environments.
• Secure service‑to‑service communication with LinkerD and optimize cloud cost and performance.
• Set up observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) for monitoring and alerting.
• Collaborate with client development and QA teams, mentor engineers, and drive continuous learning.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services, especially EKS, RDS, and networking.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using IaC tools (Terraform, Terragrunt).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills in fast‑paced, agile environments.
