DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure

About the role

Binance is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and maintain the backend infrastructure that powers its global blockchain ecosystem. You will ensure high availability, scalability and security of production systems while collaborating with software engineers and other teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain backend infrastructure for high‑availability production services.
• Manage cloud environments on AWS and AliCloud, optimizing performance and cost.
• Deploy, monitor and operate Kubernetes clusters and related services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform and Ansible.
• Support backend service deployments, troubleshoot incidents and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Implement security best practices and automation tools to improve reliability.
• Develop monitoring, observability and alerting solutions.
• Research and integrate AI technologies such as intelligent alert analysis, ChatOps and AIOps workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Kafka and Redis in large‑scale production.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go or Java, and SQL.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing AWS; experience with GCP, Azure or AliCloud is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting and collaborative skills.
• Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems and familiarity with LLM‑based DevOps automation.
