DevSecOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & Security

About the role

Activate Interactive is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment, integrating security into development workflows and ensuring high‑availability cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop automation and processes for deploying, managing, scaling, and monitoring applications in data‑center and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues, participate in on‑call escalations for critical incidents.
• Own end‑to‑end infrastructure and security solutions across the organization.
• Deploy and manage monitoring tools to track performance, utilization, and health.
• Implement configuration‑management systems, automate disaster‑recovery measures, and ensure business continuity.
• Provision virtual machines, databases, containers, and licenses for development teams.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with streamlined change‑management and release processes.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to support build, integration, and deployment across environments.
• Design, build, and optimize automation systems to identify bottlenecks and maximize service availability.
• Implement security practices that meet industry standards to protect data and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and security best practices.
• Strong experience with modern DevOps methodologies and agile teamwork.
• Ability to take ownership of infrastructure, monitor performance, and respond to incidents.
