DevSecOps Engineer – Salesforce CRM Platform

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to own secure release engineering, environment controls, and deployment processes for our Salesforce CRM platform and its supporting cloud components. You will ensure stable, secure, and compliant delivery of changes across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deployment, release, and environment management practices for Salesforce CRM.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release controls for configuration, code, and integration changes.
• Embed security checks and controls throughout the application delivery lifecycle.
• Manage secure handling of secrets, configuration, access controls, and release approvals.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to meet security and operational requirements.
• Track remediation, handle vulnerabilities, prepare evidence, and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release procedures.
• Assist with incident analysis related to release, security, or configuration issues.

Required profile

• 35 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, release engineering, environment management, or secure delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, deployment controls, and environment governance.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integration‑driven enterprise systems.
• Awareness of security and operational control principles.
