Digital & eCommerce Specialist (D2C) – APAC

About the role

Join HARMAN Lifestyle as a Digital & eCommerce Specialist (D2C) for the APAC region. You will be a core member of an integrated regional team, driving online sales, customer acquisition and brand presence for JBL and Harman Kardon across Asia Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end D2C strategies, including CRM, marketing automation and loyalty programmes.
• Drive customer lifetime value through personalisation, upselling and tactical marketing campaigns.
• Identify B2B opportunities and omnichannel initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
• Optimise commercial performance of .com sites using data‑driven insights.
• Lead APAC Gift‑with‑Purchase promotional strategy and exclusive merchandise roll‑out.
• Collaborate with global and in‑country teams to define requirements for SFRA‑enabled eCommerce platforms.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of D2C platforms and trends in the APAC market.
• Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing and eCommerce strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Experience balancing offline retail and online channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders.
