Digital Enablement Specialist (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Prudential is looking for an innovative and passionate individual to join its Distribution Digital Enablement team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role supporting the strategic vision for an agency's digital proposition, covering the end-to-end roadmap of the agency's digital platforms to drive productivity, improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions. The specialist supports the Digital Enablement Leads in one or more digital verticals and drives new digital capabilities, platforms and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategic projects for the agency's digital applications to optimise sales processes and increase conversions.
• Gather and analyse data to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, user productivity and user experience.
• Ensure the quality and readiness of each release through collaboration with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews.
• Track and monitor project status, issues and action items, and support project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Escalate risks and issues, and follow up on actions and mitigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on project delivery.
• Manage day-to-day change management, including communication campaigns, training programmes, content creation and stakeholder engagement workshops.

Required profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation project management and execution, preferably in the financial or insurance sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Innovative and collaborative mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, JIRA and Confluence.
• Good understanding of project governance, execution and risk management standards.
