Digital Executive – Digital Platforms & Content Support (12-month contract)

About the role

The Digital Executive will support the firm’s website rebuild programme and provide ongoing digital marketing assistance across the APAC region. You will work on content migration, quality assurance and day‑to‑day website management to help ensure a smooth launch and continuous digital performance.

Key responsibilities

• Populate, structure and maintain content within the firm’s CMS using approved templates and component models.
• Support large‑scale content updates, including formatting, tagging, internal linking and page hierarchy.
• Apply consistent standards for page build, navigation and component use across digital platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, consistency and usability.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners on defined digital workstreams.
• Provide BAU support: upload bios, articles, news, events; implement routine content updates; post on‑brand content to social media profiles; format and send e‑marketing for the APAC region.

Required profile

• Experience in a digital, website or CMS‑focused role, preferably within a professional services or complex organisation.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing and publishing content within a CMS and e‑marketing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality‑assurance capability.
• Understanding of digital accessibility standards and content best practice.
• Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
• Well‑organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple workstreams in a delivery‑focused environment.
• Clear communicator able to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
