Digital Marketing Consultant

About the role

Join McDonald’s Singapore’s Digital team as a Digital Marketing Consultant. You will support the Senior Manager Digital portfolio by designing and executing fully integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and enhance brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead omni‑channel campaign planning and execution from briefing through launch.
• Collaborate with analytics, digital engagement, and agency partners to analyse post‑campaign performance and recommend optimisations.
• Manage cross‑functional project timelines, deliverables and approvals across Marketing, Merchandising, Social, CRM, Insights, Technology, Operations, Legal and agency teams.
• Facilitate communication plans for restaurant execution of promotions, creating content and using internal tools to inform field teams.
• Support post‑campaign recaps and track action items to ensure continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passion for mobile apps, loyalty programmes and digital innovation.
• Strong organisational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused, collaborative and comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, consumer retail or multinational brand agencies.
