Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Energio Solar is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to drive its online advertising, SEO/SEM, and content initiatives. You will own the brand’s digital presence, from paid campaigns to social media storytelling, supporting the company’s growth in the renewable‑energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS) and recommend monthly ad‑spend budgets.
• Write compelling copy for ads, website pages, social posts and marketing collateral.
• Create and schedule regular content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to boost engagement and generate leads.
• Visit project sites, photograph works and update the website and project portfolio.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.
• Support additional marketing activities such as brochures, signage, EDMs and events.
• Track and report on marketing performance and lead generation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Comfortable working with data, budgets and performance metrics.
• Strong English copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for content creation.
