Digital Media Management Specialist – Entertainment

About the role

This role oversees the end‑to‑end management of digital media assets across the entertainment portfolio. It ensures that metadata, AI‑generated tags, and taxonomies are accurate, rights‑aware, and aligned with branding and data‑governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee generation, review, and accuracy of AI‑driven metadata (facial recognition, speech‑to‑text, scene detection, object detection, logo and speaker identification, talent and location tagging).
• Develop and maintain metadata standards, taxonomies, genre classifications, and keyword hierarchies for drama, variety, lifestyle, reality, music, promotional, short‑form and archival assets.
• Maintain structured metadata for programme titles, episodes, seasons, synopses, cast, hosts, guests, locations, topics, themes, languages, subtitles, ratings, rights windows, platform restrictions, embargoes and promotional usage.
• Integrate the Production Asset Management system with production, post‑production, promo and publishing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
• Set up and maintain user roles, access rights, approval workflows and asset permissions for cross‑functional teams.
• Support content discoverability, compliance, rights visibility and operational efficiency across multiple platforms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of entertainment content workflows and media asset lifecycles.
• Experience collaborating with editorial, production, programming, marketing, digital and data‑governance teams.
• Ability to manage large‑scale metadata and taxonomy projects while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
