Digital Product Manager – Sleep Segment

About the role

Easmed is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development and strategic management of a new digital application dedicated to the Sleep segment across Southeast Asia. You will drive the transition to digital engagement, ensuring a consistent user experience and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define, drive and implement the overall product strategy, including features, user flows, content and go‑to‑market plan.
• Lead the app development lifecycle in close collaboration with engineering, design and cross‑functional teams.
• Measure, assess and report app performance against ROI, user engagement and product KPIs.
• Develop the app’s brand strategy, design launch campaigns and iterate based on performance data.
• Translate group business goals into regional and country‑specific engagement and monetisation targets.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer demand to identify new features and opportunities.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Oversee training for sales, marketing and clinical staff on app functionalities and support customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital product development, preferably in health, medical devices or digital health.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis and go‑to‑market execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to define KPIs, track performance and drive data‑based decisions.
