Digital Solutions & Data Analyst, Quality Service Planning

About the role

The Quality Service Planning (QSP) team is looking for a Digital Solutions & Data Analyst to join its team at the intersection of business, systems and data. The role helps shape the next-generation customer service and feedback management system, turns data into insights and explores how AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve how work is done and services are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and improve digital solutions, including the next-generation customer service and feedback management system.
• Work with business users, IT teams and technology partners to turn business needs into practical system, data and digital solutions.
• Learn and use new platforms, tools and capabilities to improve workflows, processes and user experience.
• Use operational and service data to identify trends and support better decision-making.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and other data solutions.
• Explore and apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to solve business problems and improve productivity.
• Contribute to cross-team and cross-divisional initiatives and support the testing, implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline; candidates with other qualifications and relevant experience are also welcome.
• Relevant experience in systems, data analytics, digital solutions or process improvement, showing how these were applied to business needs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and familiarity with data visualisation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Exposure to SQL, programming, scripting, low-code tools or similar is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
