About the role
Botify is seeking a Director for the Asia‑Pacific region to lead the retention and growth of its customer base. Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience, you will act as the senior voice of Botify across APAC, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on involvement in key accounts and team operations.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute regional commercial strategy to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of six, including Account Managers, Professional Services Consultants, SEO Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers.
- Maintain close relationships with top clients, overseeing renewal negotiations and high‑impact engagements.
- Set measurable goals aligned with global objectives and monitor performance regularly.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Facilitate cross‑functional alignment between sales, services, and engineering functions.
Required profile
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of growing enterprise accounts.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a fast‑growth environment.
- Player‑coach mindset: strategic thinker who stays engaged in day‑to‑day operations.
