Director, APAC Supply Chain

About the role

The Director, APAC Supply Chain leads Dentsply Sirona’s supply chain activities across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the VP of EMEA & APAC Regional Supply Chain, the role is based in Singapore (or Shanghai) and works closely with commercial, finance, operations and global supply chain teams to drive performance, customer service and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead APAC supply chain performance across customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory management and operational execution.
• Drive regional S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes, aligning commercial, finance, operations and global supply chain stakeholders.
• Establish a disciplined performance‑management cadence, identifying risks, root causes and continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Partner with regional and global teams to translate market requirements into actionable supply‑chain strategies and recovery plans.
• Lead transformation initiatives such as process standardisation, system adoption and data‑driven decision making.
• Strengthen governance, decision‑making processes and cross‑functional collaboration across APAC.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing regional team, fostering accountability and customer focus.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply chain management within a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of improving service levels, inventory performance and working‑capital efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and partner with commercial, finance and operations leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale transformation and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
