Director, Cybersecurity Operations (Singapore)

About the role

As a Director in Deloitte’s Cybersecurity practice, you will shape and execute the strategic vision for security operations across client engagements in Singapore. You will lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of security platforms, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity operations, including design and optimisation of SIEM, SOAR and EDR/XDR platforms.
• Direct incident response activities, manage major incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate recovery.
• Define and standardise SOC processes, playbooks and operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Design and deliver modern SOC service offerings such as threat detection, managed SIEM and incident response.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, documentation and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering knowledge sharing and skill growth.
