Director, Enterprise 5G

About the role

Singtel is seeking a seasoned leader to define and execute the Enterprise 5G strategy across Singapore and the region. The Director will shape multi‑year development plans, drive commercial growth, and lead a high‑performing, cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise 5G strategy, portfolio roadmap and multi‑year growth targets.
• Manage portfolio P&L, annual operating plan, investment budgets and track performance against targets.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, pipeline health, lighthouse deployments and commercialization efforts.
• Develop strategic account plans for priority verticals and generate recurring revenue opportunities.
• Curate and onboard ecosystem partners, oversee solution enablement, testing and operational readiness.
• Translate business requirements into operational workflows, remove roadblocks and ensure cross‑functional accountability.
• Engage strategic customers, shape deals, monitor adoption metrics and drive customer feedback loops.
• Build, mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, pre‑sales, business development and partnership professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of business and technical experience in mobile network operations, product development or telco infrastructure management.
• Proven record of leading large‑scale projects and launching complex networking products or services.
• Deep knowledge of 5G, private 5G architecture, network slicing, device certification and enterprise compliance.
• Strong commercial acumen and cross‑functional program leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technology capabilities into business value for customers.
• Extensive people‑leadership experience.
