Director / General Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director / General Manager to lead our hospitality business, driving growth both locally and internationally in line with our expansion strategy. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will shape operational excellence and ensure the brand remains relevant in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans, set KPIs, and oversee expansion and operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead a high-performance management team to achieve sales, profitability and business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for the service organization, embodying the company’s mission and core values.
• Build and mentor a team of F&B professionals to support aggressive growth plans.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service standards.
• Define and monitor processes, measuring internal and external effectiveness.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports on operational performance.
• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior operational leadership within hospitality or food & beverage.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and drive expansion projects.
