Director of Client Development (Relocation Services)

About the role

The Director of Client Development will lead sales and account management activities for Aires, a global relocation management provider. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business across Singapore or Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Set annual sales targets and achieve gross profit goals for the assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture relationships with major corporate clients to increase revenue.
• Identify and pursue new accounts through networking, cold‑calling, industry events and RFP participation.
• Lead best‑and‑final presentations and support the proposal process.
• Travel at least 12 times per year to meet clients and attend conferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the relocation industry.
• Proven record of meeting sales and account‑management targets.
• Strong planning, scheduling and account‑control abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills for management, small groups and customers.
• CRP certification preferred.
• Customer‑service orientation, team mindset and alignment with core values of client focus, results, responsibility, collaboration and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and use proprietary relocation management software.
