Director, Real Estate Delivery – EMEA/APAC

About the role

The Director, Real Estate Delivery will lead the end‑to‑end execution of real estate transactions, projects and portfolio initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific. Reporting to the global real estate function, you will be responsible for delivering the company’s real estate strategy while managing diverse regulatory, market and geopolitical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the full lifecycle of real estate transactions and development projects across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead regional delivery teams, ensuring alignment with the global real estate strategy.
• Manage portfolio initiatives, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and site consolidations.
• Navigate regulatory requirements, labor frameworks and market variability in each region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate risks and achieve project milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale real estate delivery programmes in multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and market dynamics across EMEA and APAC.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills.
