Leasing & Projects Manager

About the role

Wine Connection is seeking a dynamic Leasing & Projects Manager to drive the expansion of its retail and restaurant footprint across Thailand and Singapore. You will lead location scouting, lease negotiations, and the design and maintenance of stores, ensuring each outlet reflects the brand’s premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and secure optimal sites for new retail and F&B outlets based on market demand.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and related conditions with landlords, mall operators, and developers.
• Manage lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and monitor critical dates to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and real‑estate partners.
• Oversee store design, conceptual development, and renovation projects to align with brand identity.
• Direct maintenance, repair, and operational activities for all assets, implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Handle facility emergencies, conduct regular inspections, and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, facility management, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in facilities management, leasing, or property management.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, property regulations, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
