Director, Regional Medical Lead (RML) APAC, Neuroscience

About the role

Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting a Director, Regional Medical Lead (RML) for APAC in neuroscience. The role represents the APAC region and connects Global and Local teams, turning global direction into actionable regional plans so that country insights shape Global strategy. It works closely with Global Medical Product Leads and cross-functional groups to support the commercialization of scientifically differentiated assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Global & Local strategic integration, serving as the central liaison between Global Medical and Country Medical leadership and business leaders in the region
• Translate Global objectives into a Regional perspective and proactively gather timely, quality input from Local teams to inform clinical programs and commercialization strategies
• Drive cross-market scientific collaboration, connecting local teams with Global Medical and helping remove market roadblocks
• Anticipate market and regional launch needs, inform launch readiness governance and resolve execution issues with global and local teams
• Collaborate on lifecycle management strategies by identifying data gaps and aligning market insights with WW portfolio planning
• Support clinical development in the region with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and Country Medical on site and investigator engagement
• Lead evidence generation by driving visibility of market-level evidence gaps, guiding markets through non-interventional research and Integrated Evidence Plan processes, and identifying opportunities for collaborative studies
• Partner across the regional matrix and with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access and HEOR teams to keep priorities aligned and escalate needs and risks early
