Director, Subscription and Loyalty

About the role

Our subscription program is a core growth pillar across the foodpanda, Yemeksepeti and foodora brands. As Director, Subscription and Loyalty you will set the strategic direction and own the full P&L for the subscription business across 14 markets in Europe and APAC, reporting directly to the CMO of the three brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year growth agenda, driving subscriber acquisition, retention and profitability.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing multi‑layered team of managers and senior contributors.
• Partner with Product, Pricing, Commercial, Marketing, Quick Commerce and country Managing Directors to embed subscription into broader growth strategies.
• Identify, test and scale high‑impact growth initiatives through rigorous analysis and experimentation.
• Own the evolution of the subscription value proposition from customer insight to product and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years in management consulting, strategy, high‑growth tech, investment banking, private equity or FMCG with a strong track record in subscriptions, loyalty or membership businesses.
• Proven experience building and leading multi‑layered teams, developing talent and shaping organisational structure as the business scales.
• Exceptional first‑principles problem‑solver with deep commercial and analytical fluency, comfortable influencing C‑suite stakeholders.
