Director – Technology Policy

About the role

Flint Global Asia is seeking an experienced Director to lead and expand its Technology Policy practice across the Asia‑Pacific region. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm’s strategic growth and advise leading organisations on complex technology policy challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client accounts, profitability and business development for the Asia‑Pacific technology policy practice.
• Lead high‑performing project teams, ensuring delivery of exceptional advisory services.
• Engage with government officials, regulators and industry stakeholders at senior levels.
• Develop and mentor junior colleagues, including line‑management of direct reports.
• Contribute to thought leadership on AI regulation, online safety, data governance, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology policy, regulation or related fields.
• Proven track record in consulting, government, think‑tank or industry body roles.
• Established relationships with regulators or government officials in the region (preferred).
• Strong project management and leadership abilities in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of AI adoption and regulation.
• Expertise in online safety, data governance, digital infrastructure and cybersecurity policy.
