Director, Total Rewards and Organization Development

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Director to lead Total Rewards and Organization Development across South East Asia and Oceania. The role will shape compensation, benefits, recognition and organisational capability strategies to attract, engage and retain talent in a fast‑growing, multi‑country retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Total Rewards philosophy, pay structures, incentive plans and benchmarking processes aligned with business growth.
• Lead annual compensation cycles, market data strategy, policy creation and regulatory compliance for both office and store employees.
• Partner with regional HR teams, business leaders and global stakeholders to ensure equitable and relevant rewards programs.
• Drive organization development initiatives, including workforce planning, capability building and structural design to support the SEAO business strategy.
• Use data and insights to influence rewards decisions and measure impact on employee experience and performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in Total Rewards and Organization Development, preferably in retail or multi‑country settings.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and ability to translate regional priorities into actionable programs.
• Excellent stakeholder influence and partnership skills across diverse markets.
