About the role
We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for keeping all cooking and serving equipment clean and ready for use, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for food preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Wash pots, pans, trays and other kitchen utensils using manual methods and the dishwasher machine.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, equipment and utensils.
- Place clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in the designated storage areas.
- Dispose of waste in the appropriate bins and keep trash areas tidy.
- Follow company safety SOPs and wear required protective equipment while working.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks and work in a warm, oily, humid environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate.
- Commitment to maintaining high food hygiene standards and following dishwashing SOPs.
Required skills
- Operation of commercial dishwasher machines.
- Food & Hygiene certification (WSQ).
