About the role

Join the AP Distribution, Logistics & Warehousing Quality (AP DL&WQ) team to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This internship focuses on supporting ongoing operational and analytical activities rather than a dedicated project assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Quality oversight activities
• Data collection and analysis
• Maintaining trackers, databases, and dashboards
• Preparing reports, presentations and other documentation
• Supporting Excel‑based reporting
• Assisting with investigations, month‑end reporting, and process improvement
• Supporting GDP compliance‑ and audit‑related activities where required

Required profile

• Polytechnic or university students in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in quality, warehousing, and data analysis
• Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
