Drafter & Architect Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Drafter cum Architect Coordinator to join AP Facade’s design team in Singapore. The role bridges drafting and coordination, ensuring accurate production drawings for façade, cladding, doors and windows projects.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Produce shop, fabrication, as‑built and cutting‑list drawings for site and production.
• Maintain drawing sets using AutoCAD and BIM tools, primarily Revit 3D.
• Tabulate data and material quantities in Excel.
• Coordinate with main contractors and on‑site personnel to resolve drawing issues.
• Support the design team with façade, cladding, doors and windows documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional drafting experience in the construction sector.
• Ability to work 5.5 days per week on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM design tools, especially Revit (3D).
• Strong Excel skills for data tabulation.
