DTP Desktop Publishing Admin Assistant – Educational Materials

About the role

The company is seeking a DTP Desktop Publishing Admin Assistant to support the production of educational publications. You will work closely with editors, designers and printers to ensure high‑quality output from manuscript to final print.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end production of educational materials, from manuscript development to printing.
• Coordinate with editors, graphic designers, layout artists, printers and external service providers to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare page layouts, perform proofreading, formatting and quality‑check tasks.
• Plan and track production timelines, monitor assignments and meet milestones.
• Maintain production records, files and administrative documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and handle additional production‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma qualification.
• Meticulous with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Proofreading experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a basic salary of SGD 2,500‑3,000 per month plus performance bonus.
• Five‑day work week, Monday‑Friday (8 am‑6 pm or 9 am‑7 pm).
